A phase for every ambition

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a low-code solution that is widely applicable and can be learned by anyone with a bit of programming interest. This makes RPA usable in many places in the organization, even by employees without an IT background. It is therefore relatively simple to train your own people and to realize the management and creation of new solutions in-house.

Center of Excellence approach

For organizations that have the ambition to implement RPA widely and to also take the lead themselves, we offer a pilot towards a Center of Excellence approach. Central to this is learning and coaching your employees at every step of the work. This way, they learn to retrieve processes and assess them for RPA suitability. We often see information managers, business process managers, and functional application administrators taking on this role of RPA Business Analyst.

In-house development of digital assistants

After that, you can observe how we describe a process in a functional design and how we build a digital employee. You can also let your own RPA developers in training participate in building, testing, going live, and managing the digital assistants. Step by step, we first demonstrate it, then we do it together, and ultimately we primarily assist with senior reviews and questions.

RPA traineeship and talent development

You can also take an RPA trainee from us, whom we will recruit and train for you, and who will then come on board with you. In this challenging labor market, it’s a quick way to recruit and retain young talent.

Learning on the job

Learning on the job is a very contemporary method of working that fits well with the agile approach we often apply during the implementation of RPA. We apply this method for the roles of RPA Business Analyst, RPA Developer, and RPA Product Owner. With these three roles, you can become entirely self-sufficient in creating and managing digital employees within a period of 12 to 24 months. This way, we help you establish RPA firmly in the organization and ensure its sustainability.

Business responsibility

To make the business more responsible for its own process optimization (and to reduce reliance on IT), a pilot-to-Center of Excellence approach is the way to promote digital transition in the organization in a pleasant and feasible manner. For management and directors, it is a way to make the organization more agile and less dependent on external (system) suppliers.

We thought that with about 20 processes, we would have automated all promising RPA processes. That turned out not to be the case. There is still so much possible with RPA that we decided to expand our RPA development capacity.
