The questions from vendors, while varied, are often centered around similar information sourced from different applications. Recognizing the importance of addressing vendor queries in a personalized manner, this company identified the need to enhance vendor communication processes.
Solution
To address this challenge, the company partnered with MvR Digital Workforce to develop a customized AI tool. This tool is capable of fetching information from various applications and utilizes an LLM (Large Language Model) to answer questions from vendors. The AI tool acts as a virtual assistant, providing personalized and efficient responses to vendor inquiries.
