As a senior consultant for Digital Workforce, you advise clients in various sectors. You assist clients with issues related to process optimization, the introduction and use of new technology, and act as a sparring partner at the management level for innovation. You guide clients with strategic advice, implementation, and way-of-working. You are a role model and inspiration for clients and colleagues in your field, and you enjoy mentoring younger colleagues in their professional and personal development.
What can you expect?
As a senior consultant at MvR DW, you bring well-rounded experience in client advisory, RPA and/or related technology. Based on your knowledge and experience, you'll be responsible for a specific area leveraging your strengths, such as Sr. RPA Consultant, RPA-IT Architect, or RPA Project Manager. After a brief onboarding period focused on our way of working, team integration, and client introductions, you'll begin working independently with clients. You'll have an internal coach to support your initial months and first assignments. We'll also invite you to share your expertise in training and developing our employees or guiding internal expert groups focused on knowledge development and new technology adoption.

Requirements:
University or higher professional education
2-6 years relevant work experience in project-based work and team management
Experience as consultant, manager, project leader, or program manager for RPA or related technologies
Openness to projects across various sectors and organizations
AI and RPA experience is a plus
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
