What we are looking for

You're an experienced RPA Developer ready to manage your own clients and guide younger RPA Developers on their path to becoming RPA Consultants. You're keen to apply your expertise with clients who are either starting with RPA or looking to set up their own Center of Excellence. As a team member of MvR Digital Workforce, you want to assist our clients with digital workforce implementation and truly make a difference.

Your role as a consultant

• As a consultant, you work independently with the Government, municipalities, companies, and organizations;

• You guide clients from pilot to their own Center of Excellence, aligned with our vision of helping clients take on RPA themselves, or you are part of an RPA team at one of our clients;

• You are the primary point of contact for clients, conduct intake interviews with the IT department, and pay attention to the soft side of RPA implementations;

• With the client, you determine the action plan for the short term and the roadmap for the long term. For the execution, you bring along a young RPA Developer, whom you coach from process intake to go-live;

• If you need additional expertise, you can always rely on your colleague consultants.

This is what you bring

You are an experienced RPA Developer (preferably UiPath), you have 2 years of experience as an RPA Developer and can independently execute RPA projects (from preparing the technology, process intake, to development, testing, and go-live). Additionally, you have the consultant DNA, enjoy variety, can interact with clients (even when things are challenging), and find it enjoyable to coach younger colleagues on content and approach, elevating them to a higher level.
