UiPath has just released its Agentic Automation platform. What can it do and why is it important for your organization? A brief explanation from colleague Roel Zwakman.
With UiPath Agent Builder you can quickly and easily build your own AI agents with access to tools to independently perform actions within your systems. All this is, of course, done in low/no-code.
MCP support (Model Context Protocol) ensures you can standardize multiple systems and AI models via one standardized protocol, allowing you to control this centrally and integrate more easily.
(Among others) LangChain integration is available: you can directly upload existing agents into UiPath and unlock them for use with all your existing robots and tests.
Why is this important for your organization:
Easy low-code agent building: the easy integration means you can more quickly utilize AI functionality within your organization, thereby automating more processes and saving time.
Control of your Agents and Digital Assistants can now more easily occur in one and the same place, providing a better overview.
Thanks to the tools that your agents have at their disposal, you can immediately link all existing integrations from UiPath Integration Service to your AI agents, for example, to automatically alert you via Teams if there is a production outage, or to create a new account in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
With the built-in guardrails and the use of tools, you remain in control of what the agent can or cannot do. Now you stay in control and your governance is in order.
